- Tham Kong Lo
The Tham Kong Lo is also known as Kong Lo Cave, a cave formed of Limestone which is located in Phu Hin Bun National Park. The cave is referred as a geological wonder of Southeast Asia. It is 4-miles long and 300-feet high, it contain emerald coloured pool, while local believes that it is reflected of the skin colour of Lord Indra, a Hindu Deity. Boat ride too are organised which are called as ‘Grand Adventure’.
- Wat Phu
Wat Phu is ruined Khmer temple complex, situated at the base of the Mount Phu Kao. The Wat Phu has Hindu Temple which are structured back from 11th -13th centuries. The temple was part of the Khmer Empire and Angkor Wat which is located in Southwest of Cambodia. The Wat Phu is a small site as compared to Angkor Wat, with crocodile stone, tall trees, mystical environment and tumbledown pavilions.

Si Phan Don is set of island with serene scenic view beside the Mekong River. The Khone Fall makes the Mekong River makes river traffic impassable stretched on 6-miles. The River has the small population of Irrawaddy Dolphins. Don Det, Done Kong and Don Khon are three islands known as tourist destination.
Phonsavan means ‘hills of paradise’. The place gives you feel of the US Old west, with Laotian characteristics. Since cattle raising is the main business of the city, it is common to spot ‘cowboys’ wearing brown or purple cowboy hat. Bullfights are also conducted during New Year. Phonsavan is a truly good place to visit, it has an ancient megaliths structure which resembles like jar and also known as ‘Plain of Jars’.
- Vang Vieng
Vang Vieng is a popular tourist spot with an hour-drive from Vientiane. It settled in the 14th century, which is also known as ‘Mouang Song’. The ambience gives a feel of the French Colony, beside Limestone Karst Hill and located on Nam Song River. Kayaking, tubing and many more activities are conducted as tourist activities.
Vientiane is the Laotian capital of Laos, a French colony at one time and located on the Mekong River. The visitor can trace the French influence as street sign and atmosphere. The Buddhist Stupa which is also known as ‘City of Sandalwood’,Phu Tha Luang from 1586 are the most popular tourist attraction to visit. The stupa is 147-feet tall, which contain relic of Buddha, as believed by locals.
