White River Falls In Tygh Valley
The White River Fall also known as Tygh Valley Falls, is a gorgeous multi-tiered waterfall under the rain shadow of Mount Hood. The Columbia River George gives a contrasting shade with the White River Fall. This waterfall lies in the dry climate zone, and stands out uniquely. One can also enjoy water sports like White water Rafting and kayaking at the spot. Upper tier of the waterfall flaunts its stunning beauty.
It is located in the State Park in Oregon in north central. It is situated 35-miles to the south of Dalles and 4.5-miles east of Tygh Valley. The Park offers great scenic view, but the base of the Waterfall is ruined with the hydropower plant to generate electricity.
